What information may be processed?
When you contact us or request a quotation, we may process your name, telephone number, email address, city/country, the vehicle model and equipment you are interested in, and information in your message. When you visit the website, hosting and security systems may also technically process connection, device/browser and log information. Please do not include special-category personal data or sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry in the message field.
How do we use your information?
Notice for contact and quotation forms: Your name, telephone number, email, city/country, selected model and equipment, and message are processed to review and answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation suited to your vehicle and needs, and discuss that quotation. We collect this information directly when you complete a form, email us or contact us through our other communication channels.
Quotation and order processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract relies on KVKK Article 5/2(c); statutory records and obligations on Article 5/2(ç); and necessary dispute records for establishing, exercising or protecting a right on Article 5/2(e). Limited legitimate-interest activities such as enquiry follow-up and website security rely on Article 5/2(f), provided they do not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms. Processing is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
Submitting a contact or quotation enquiry does not constitute permission for advertising or campaign messages. Marketing communications are a separate process, with separate permission and preference mechanisms where required. Reading this notice does not constitute consent to marketing or to all processing activities.
Who receives it, and how long is it kept?
Contact and quotation records are stored with our form service provider, Wix Forms, and accessed by authorised company personnel as needed for your enquiry. Data may also be disclosed to hosting, security and email service providers to operate these services, and to competent public authorities where legally required. Vehicle and identity information collected later for TSE approval, registration, production or sales is covered by a further notice when that processing occurs.
Form, email and embedded video services may involve processing outside Türkiye or access from abroad. International transfers must meet the applicable conditions and safeguards under KVKK Article 9. Linking to a provider’s privacy policy does not itself establish a transfer safeguard. This notice does not assert that a particular standard contract has been signed or notified on behalf of our company; contact us for information about our service and transfer arrangements.
Enquiries received through Wix Forms and correspondence sent to us by email are retained for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, meet any contractual and legal obligations, or protect rights in potential disputes. When the purpose and any statutory retention period end, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised. Hosting log retention depends on the provider's configuration.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; learn which third parties receive it in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met and notification of those actions to recipients; object to a result reached through automated analysis; and seek compensation if you suffer damage through unlawful processing.

You may also email info@maverickvan.com.tr from an email address previously supplied to us and recorded in our systems. Methods accepted by law, such as secure electronic signature, mobile signature and our registered electronic mail (KEP) address if available, may also be used. Include your name, the identity information required by the applicable rules, notification address, contact details where available and the subject of your request; written requests require a signature. Do not send unrelated identity documents or sensitive data.
Requests are resolved as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. If the process incurs additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply. Necessary and proportionate further information may be requested to verify your identity.
